My Story - Against Medical Advice

My name is Dean Swift. I am 53 years old and I live in Lichfield in the West Midlands. Not long ago I was in serious trouble. I had an enlarged heart and dangerously high blood pressure. I had chronic back pain from prolapsed discs at L4 and L5. I had high cholesterol. I was drinking daily. I was heading in one direction only. Then one Friday night everything changed. After a night out I ended up in hospital. I was told I needed medication for life. I said no. I discharged myself against medical advice and went home and opened my laptop. What followed was months of research into how the human body actually heals itself. I cut out alcohol and ultra processed food completely. I started fasting. I changed everything I ate. And the results were extraordinary. My heart healed. My blood pressure normalised. My back pain disappeared. My cholesterol improved. I lost over 2 stone. No medication. No surgery. No gym. Just fasting and nutrition and understanding how the body actually works. I now share everything I learned to help others do the same
